CARING– Centre for Advanced Research Information Network and Guidance is formed by a team of multidisciplinary professionals for the advancement of research in the field primarily of health and social sciences. Our consultants include epidemiologists, social scientists, psychologists, and biostatisticians who share a common vision in advocating for health science research. Our team has extensive experience, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods in national and international multi-centric health projects. We also have extensive experience in teaching, postgraduate research training and supervision and guidance in PhD research and expertise in data management in both qualitative and quantitative research domains. One of our core areas is in building capacity in health science research by offering guidance, information, training programmes and workshops. We also offer research expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation of health-related programmes. Scientific, reality-oriented and practically useful premarital and newly-wed counselling and parenting guidance and support is a societal need and we are committed to doing this with our vast experience in these fields.

Objectives

To undertake independent and collaborative research in health and social sciences in areas relevant to local, regional, and national priorities.

Organize and conduct research methodology training programs/workshops and webinars for postgraduate students and faculty belonging to all health science/social science streams.

To offer methodological consultation, guidance, and support services in both qualitative and quantitative research: protocol development, preparation of data collection tools, data analysis, and scientific writing & reporting.

To address the high-level competency needs of upcoming researchers through comprehensive training programs and follow up support services.

To provide online professional support in various aspects of research to upcoming research aspirants

To collaborate with other research agencies in research and training.

To publish research papers, books, periodicals, etc.

To offer premarital and newlywed guidance and training services.

To offer parenting guidance and support.
